A discount of 15% will be givien to guest who stay a minimum of 2 weeks and a 30% discount to guest whom stay a month or more. (Discounts are not Given Durring High Season)

Deposits
Deposits of 10% are required to reserve the room. Refunds of 100% will be given to cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, 90% if cancelled before 15 days. Cancellations made there after are non-refundable.
