Exchange Rate

Prices are in US Dollars. We will accept Mexican Pesos at the current exchange rate on time of arrival.

Discounts

A discount of 10% will be givien to guest who stay a minimum of 14 Nights and a 20% discount to guest whom stay 28 nights or more. (Discounts are not Given Durring High Season)

Deposits

Deposits of 50 USD are required to reserve the room. Refunds of 100% will be given to cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, 90% if cancelled before 15 days. Cancellations made there after are non-refundable.

Maximum Number of Guest

All bungalows are based on double occupany (Except for the 2 bedroom apartments in the new units (Based on 4 people occupany), each extra guest will pay 10 USD. Please check below to know the maximum occupany in each room.
